Applus+ IDIADA is actively seeking a GenAI Use Case Developer to craft innovative AI workflows and automation for automotive projects. You will design prompts, identify use cases, and collaborate with engineers and domain experts to implement effective AI solutions.

The role emphasizes staying current with genAI advances, working in a dynamic DataLab team, and contributing to the digital transformation of automotive processes within a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with language models, context engineering and agentic processes.
• 1+ years of AI/ML projects focusing on data access, agent development, and skill creation.
• Strong knowledge of genAI foundations and best practices.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex and agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI + OpenAI/Claude SDK.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI automation workflows and integrations in a business context.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like n8n, Make, Activepieces or Pipedream.
• Knowledge of analytics, embeddings and information retrieval systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for genAI applications.
• Identify and develop AI use cases for automotive workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to define requirements and build AI solutions.
• Analyze results from genAI models to improve performance and UX.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in genAI, AI engineering and agentic techniques.
