Maisa AI is seeking a NextGenAI Video Editor to transform complex product stories into clear, high-trust videos across formats, from storyboard to ship. You will work with Marketing, Customer Education, and Design, using GenAI tools to move fast while maintaining craft.

The role requires 4+ years of experience in product storytelling video, mastery of Premiere Pro/After Effects, and fluency in English (Spanish a plus).

Formación

• 4+ years editing video for product storytelling (B2B/enterprise preferred).
• Strong portfolio showing editing craft, storytelling, motion graphics, and GenAI work.
• Proven experience using GenAI video tools and workflows in production; ability to blend AI with live footage.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve for color/audio knowledge.
• English professional working proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, storyboard, produce, edit, and deliver a steady cadence of videos for explainers, walkthroughs, proof, founder clips, events, ads, and recruiting.
• Create channel-ready cuts for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Shorts, and Reddit in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 with strong hooks and captions.
• Visualize our value proposition on screen and craft clear narratives.
• Utilize GenAI tools to speed up production and improve quality (text-to-video, hallucination cleanup, roto, upscaling, captions, and screen replacements).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Education, and Design to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across web, sales, and events.
• Ship product explainer videos with human avatars when the story requires it.
