Avance Consulting is seeking a Data & AI Engineer with strong GCP experience to design robust data pipelines, handle ingestion and tokenization, and drive AI-enabled business solutions in Santander. The role bridges traditional data engineering with generative AI, requiring Python mastery and Airflow expertise while deploying LLM-powered workflows into production.

Formación

Strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.
Proficiency in BigQuery and data engineering practices.
Experience with data ingestion and tokenization.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on Apache Airflow experience.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and deploying AI models to production.
Looker experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ingestion processes.
Implement data tokenization strategies to ensure data security and compliance.
Develop and optimize workflows using Apache Airflow.
Integrate LLMs into production environments, including designing and optimizing agentic workflows.
