Lever, Inc. is seeking a passionate UGC video creator to front our gaming ads. You’ll produce authentic on-camera content across hook-driven concepts, gameplay commentary, and testimonials for our portfolio of games.

You will edit footage with CapCut or Premiere Pro, add trending audio, and deliver polished ads designed to drive game installs, while staying in tune with gaming culture and platform trends.

Qualificações

• Proven portfolio of UGC video content, especially gaming or tech.
• Strong on-camera delivery and ability to engage viewers quickly.
• Skilled in rapid editing to deliver short-form ads (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).

Responsabilidades

• Independently record high-quality UGC-style video ads for a portfolio of games.
• Translate research into weekly trend reports and creative proposals.
• Coordinate with influencers to plan collaborative recordings (multiplayer, duets, versus).
• Edit raw footage into near-final products with pacing, transitions, audio, captions.
• Bridge between creative ideation and post-production/localization teams.
