Nextpower is seeking a Functional Software Analyst to help design software architectures for power electronics products. You will translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications and define how control models should be implemented in software.
The role involves maintaining the SW backlog, performing high-level requirements analysis, and collaborating with Product Engineering, System Engineering, and Field/Application teams. Some travel is required.
As a Functional Software Analyst, you will participate in the design of the software system architecture for power electronics products, analyzing high-level requirements and translating them into detailed specifications for the development team. You will study the control models designed by the systems department and define how they should be implemented in the software.
Minimum academic qualifications: Sciences degree or Engineering 6-10 years of experience as Functional Software Analyst Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Some Travel Required FW development experience Embedded linux development experience Knowledge in some of the following fields: Solar inverters Storage Digital Signal Processing Neural networks, machine learning
