Percall Group is seeking a Functional Consultant (m/f) to join our Madrid team. You will convert customer needs into robust functional specifications for PLM projects in the aerospace industry, with a focus on delivering secure, on-site solutions at the client site in Getafe.

You will participate in workshops, analyze processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery progress with cross-functional teams in Spain and France.

Formación

• University degree required.
• Experience as Functional Consultant.
• Strong English language skills.
• Team spirit and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple topics with rigor and commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Participating in workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analysing as-is processes, identifying gaps, and contributing to To-be designs.
• Producing functional documentation including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Managing functional dependencies and test scenarios including UAT.
• Maintaining progress tracking in JIRA and escalating issues.
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, data specialists, and business representatives.

YOUR MISSION

Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Functional Consultant (m/f) to join our team in Madrid.

Working closely with our client's services and team members in Spain and France, you will work on PLM projects in the aerospace industry.

Your main mission will be to convert customer business needs into robust functional specifications that drive the effective implementation of our solution.

This position requires a security clearance and presence at the client site in Getafe.

YOUR ROLE

• Participating in workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications through user stories
• Analysing As Is processes, highlighting gaps or inefficiencies, and contributing to the design of To Be processes (gap analysis)
• Producing clear and structured functional documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Contributing to the management of functional dependencies
• Defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements; executing functional, integration, and UAT tests; documenting results; identifying, qualifying, and following up on defects with technical teams to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining clear and up-to-date progress tracking in JIRA
• Escalating alerts to the Functional Leader
• Participating in regular project meetings (daily meetings, user story validation sessions, and other internal meetings) to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery progress
• Working closely with project managers, developers, data specialists, and business representatives to ensure coherent and effective delivery

• Good level of English

• Ability to handle different topics in parallel, while demonstrating rigor and strong commitment
