Percall Group seeks a Functional Consultant (m/f) to join our Madrid team on PLM projects for the aerospace industry, with on-site work in Getafe. The role focuses on translating business needs into robust functional specifications that drive implementation, with a requirement for security clearance and presence at the client site.

You will work closely with services teams in Spain and France, participating in workshops, producing documentation, and ensuring delivery aligns with business goals

Formación

• University degree required.
• Experience as Functional Consultant.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate to user stories.
• Analyse As-Is processes and design To-Be solutions with gap analysis.
• Produce functional documentation: specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Manage functional dependencies and define test scenarios with acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, integration, and UAT tests; log defects and coordinate with tech teams.
• Maintain progress tracking in JIRA and report updates.
• Participate in project meetings to align business expectations with delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, data specialists, and business users.

Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Functional Consultant (m/f) to join our team in Madrid.

Working closely with our client’s services and team members in Spain and France, you will work on PLM projects in the aerospace industry.

Your main mission will be to convert customer business needs into robust functional specifications that drive the effective implementation of our solution.

This position requires a security clearance and presence at the client site in Getafe.

YOUR ROLE

• Participating in workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications through user stories
• Analysing As Is processes, highlighting gaps or inefficiencies, and contributing to the design of To Be processes (gap analysis)
• Producing clear and structured functional documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Contributing to the management of functional dependencies
• Defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements; executing functional, integration, and UAT tests; documenting results; identifying, qualifying, and following up on defects with technical teams to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining clear and up-to‑date progress tracking in JIRA
• Escalating alerts to the Functional Leader
• Participating in regular project meetings (daily meetings, user story validation sessions, and other internal meetings) to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery progress
• Working closely with project managers, developers, data specialists, and business representatives to ensure coherent and effective delivery
