Job summary

IQVIA Inc in Valencia is seeking a Functional Consultant – Clinical Terminology & Semantic Standardization to define, implement, and govern clinical terminologies that enable interoperable healthcare data across the ecosystem.

You will collaborate with clinicians, informaticians, and vendors on SNOMED CT implementations, coding strategies, and terminology governance, applying HL7 FHIR standards and open standards to drive data quality and interoperability in large-scale healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical terminology projects.
• Official SNOMED CT Implementer certification.
• Knowledge of SNOMED CT and other healthcare terminologies (LOINC, ICD-10, ORPHA, HPO, ATC).
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR and terminology resources (CodeSystem, ValueSet, ConceptMap).
• Primarily functional profile with ability to effectively interact with users and clients.
