Job summary

Tieto is seeking a Functional Data Analyst with solid experience in the healthcare sector to lead data analysis, extraction, processing, and migration initiatives. The role requires hands-on work with Oracle 11g, Oracle APEX, and SQL, with a strong focus on data quality in clinical environments.

You will translate business needs into data specifications, validate results during extraction, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data migration to the HCU.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Data Analyst or in equivalent roles.
• Experience in healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle 11g, Oracle APEX and SQL.
• Experience with data migration to HCU.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis of needs and requirements related to information extraction and processing.
• Analyse, query, process, and extract data using SQL.

We are looking for a Functional Data Analyst with solid experience in the healthcare sector, specializing in data analysis, extraction, processing, and data migration processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Oracle 11g, Oracle APEX, and SQL, as well as relevant knowledge and experience in data migration to HCU.

At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Data Analyst (Data Management and Extraction) or in equivalent roles.

Experience and knowledge of healthcare environments.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with:

Oracle 11g.

Oracle APEX.

SQL.

Data migration to HCU.

Experience in data analysis and data extraction.

Ability to analyse functional requirements related to information systems and data processing.

Main Responsibilities
