Alan is building the backbone of its billing operations across multiple countries. As a Software Engineer on the billing platform, you will ship scalable, reliable systems and turn complex transactions into a smooth, high‑quality experience for customers and internal teams.

You will design modular primitives, integrate with payment platforms, automate workflows, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to ensure invoices are accurate and easy to manage.

• Experience with backend/full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Python/React ecosystem and modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable software design.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:

• Build the core billing engine: process thousands of transactions daily with precision and reliability.

Who we’re looking for

• We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend / full-stack experience.

• Passionate about navigating complex business logic and system dependencies.

• Experienced with scalable, resilient platform design.

• Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#).

• Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).

• Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
