You will play a key role in creating a user-friendly claims experience for members across Europe and building infrastructure for quick refunds. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in complex systems, is passionate about user experience, and is familiar with modern web technologies. Formación

• 3+ years of experience building complex systems that run 24/7 during high-growth trajectories.
• Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences at scale.
• Experience building and shipping web applications.
• Interest in the business side: understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Join Claims Management, responsible for refunding €350M+ of healthcare expenses each year.
• Build a memorable experience for members to understand guarantees and get claims refunded.
• Develop a payment infrastructure for quick refunds.
