Capitole Consulting is seeking an experienced AI and chatbot engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI assistants. You will build agentic workflows, integrate solutions via REST APIs and webhooks, and scale LLM/RAG-based systems in production.

Formación

• Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.
• Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and optimize LLM and RAG capabilities, including:Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategies, Embeddings generation and management, Vector search indexing and retrieval mechanisms, Relevance evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI initiatives, promoting architectural consistency and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and scale AI solutions in production environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop chatbots and AI assistants integrated with enterprise systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.
• Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus.

LANGUAGES

English: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment.

Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
