Empresa Construcció on Mallorca seeks 2 bricklayers to join building and site projects in Calvià. If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and a reliable full-time role with fixed daytime hours, this is your chance to apply your trade in the Balearic Islands.

In this role you will perform bricklaying, masonry and formwork tasks across multiple Calvià sites, maintain materials and support site maintenance. Start on Oct 1, 2026, with a permanent contrato indefinido and a gross salary of €25,000,

Formación

• Bricklaying, masonry and formwork experience.
• Punctual, physical reliability and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work as part of a cooperative on-site construction crew.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general bricklaying, masonry, and stonework as per project guidelines.
• Prepare, assemble and maintain formwork structures for concrete applications.
• Handle and prepare standard construction materials on site.
• Support general site maintenance and keep work zones organized and safe.
