Avance Consulting is seeking a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to own features end-to-end, from design to development, testing and delivery. You will work across Go on the backend and React on the frontend, building scalable, production-grade web applications in a collaborative, Agile environment.

This hands-on, individual contributor role emphasizes design, architecture decisions, and close collaboration with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality software.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Go and React experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from design to development, testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to turn ideas into working solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and maintainability in an Agile/Scrum environment.
