Avance Consulting is seeking a strong Full Stack Software Engineer in a hands-on, individual contributor role. You’ll own features end-to-end—from technical design to development, testing, and delivery—working closely with Product and Design teams.

Responsibilities include building high-quality backend and frontend features, designing scalable services, and contributing to architectural decisions in an Agile/Scrum environment. A BS in CS or related field is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Go/Golang backend experience and concurrency concepts.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver back-end and front-end features end-to-end.
• Design reliable, scalable services and participate in architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate ideas into working solutions.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and maintain high engineering quality.
