Pillar is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing startup building AI-powered tools for Italian SMEs. You will own meaningful product features from idea to production, collaborating with a compact, high-energy team in a fast-paced environment.

You should bring hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Supabase and TypeScript, plus a proven ability to ship robust products in early-stage startups. Expect a demanding but rewarding culture with strong ownership and low bureaucracy.

• You have proven experience working with early-stage startups (0 → 10M€ ARR).

• You know our tech stack like the back of your hand (React, Next.js, Supabase, TypeScript)

• You don't ship code, but you build a product
