Breakthrough Talent is seeking a Remote Full Stack Engineer (Go + React) to own end-to-end product development in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You’ll build scalable backend APIs in Go and frontend interfaces in React, collaborating closely with product to shape what gets built and shipped.

You will work in a product-focused team with ownership and fast iteration, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and debugging, while maintaining reliability and clarity across systems.

Formación

• Startup/fast-paced environment experience.
• Strong Go backend and React frontend experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Solid fundamentals in software engineering and system design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS is a plus).
• Comfortable handling production issues, debugging, and user-facing problems.
• Strong communication, ownership, and team collaboration.

Full Stack Engineer (Go + React) – Remote (GMT+0 to GMT+4)

We’re working with a fast-growing, AI-led product company building modern, scalable software used by real customers globally.

This is a remote first, high performance environment where engineers have full ownership, from idea through to production, and work closely with product to shape what gets built.

What You’ll Do

• Build features end-to-end, from concept to production (backend, frontend, and everything in between)
• Develop APIs in Go and interfaces in React that are fast, reliable, and intuitive
• Work closely with product and contribute to product decisions, not just implementation
• Ship quickly, iterate fast, and continuously improve based on real user feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building products in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with Golang (backend) and React (frontend)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Solid fundamentals in software engineering and system design
• Experience with PostgreSQL and API development (REST / GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
• Comfortable handling production issues, debugging, and user-facing problems
• A pragmatic mindset, knowing when to go deep vs keep things simple
• Strong communication, ownership, and team collaboration
