As part of the NOVA / BiPRO Firmen Kraft Team, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the commercial motor insurance market, supporting sales applications, service routes, and integration interfaces that drive business success.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance modern Angular-based frontends integrated with backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end feature implementation, from design and development to deployment and support.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, stability, security, and production support activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations and interfaces with internal Allianz systems and external services.

Your Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and modern backend development, including microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and frontend-backend integration.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and SOAP-based services, with experience in system integrations and message routing technologies such as Apache Camel.
• Proficiency with Git, code reviews, pull requests, Maven, IntelliJ, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, and preferably frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with cloud-native and containerized environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Ability to work independently in agile, cross-functional teams, communicate technical decisions effectively, troubleshoot complex applications, and leverage modern AI-powered development tools and workflows.
