Accenture España is seeking a Fulfillment Analyst to join the Intelligent Consulting Hub in Europe. You will work within the Supply Chain & Operations function, shaping fulfillment strategies and operating models across international projects.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams on large transformation programs, providing expert analysis, KPI tracking, and actionable insights while traveling to client sites across Europe. Spanish Barcelona base preferred.

Formación

• Engineering degree required; UPC preferred.
• 1+ year experience in management/strategic consulting or transformative projects is an asset.
• Fluent with Supply Chain concepts; English fluency required; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze clients' fulfillment setup and identify quick savings potentials.
• Define new fulfillment operating models for clients.
• Participate in complex global transformation programs including fulfillment solution implementations.
• Collaborate with Accenture and client teams; contribute to key deliverables.
• Support project management and coordinate stakeholders in transformation projects.
• Support value realization with KPI monitoring and corrective actions.

Our Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) is a part of Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, pulling together multinational and cross-cultural professionals based at key locations across Europe.

What you will do:

You will be within the Supply Chain & Operations function, in the Fulfillment team, which helps clients drive efficiencies and develop competitive advantages through transformation of its transportation, logistics, warehousing, global trade and distribution capabilities. Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Analyst in the Fulfillment team you will work at the heart of fulfillment transformations, from concept to implementation.

• Analyzing our clients’ fulfillment set-up, formulating new fulfillment strategies while identifying quick savings potentials.
• Defining our clients’ new fulfillment operating models.
• Participate in complex global transformation programs for and with our clients, including implementations of fulfillment solutions.
• Work closely with project team members from Accenture and from clients. Participate in key deliverables development.
• Support project management running transformation projects, coordinating different stakeholders.
• Support Value Realization through performance measurements/KPIs monitoring and deriving corrective actions.
• Keep up to date with transportation management practices with the objective to use them while providing services to our clients.

What you need:

• Engineering Degree (prefebably in UPC)
• At least 1 year of experience working in management / strategic consulting, or as part of a corporate function running transformative projects or continuous improvement initiatives will be an asset.
• Fluent with Supply Chain concepts.
• Desirable: experience as User or Super User with implementation of major Solutions for Transport Management, Warehouse Management or Global Trade Management.
• Analytical mindset and able to work in a creative yet highly structured way in problem-solving.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed project delivery environment.
• Deep understanding of urgency and ownership with limited supervision. Goal driven.
• Good communications skills and stakeholder management skills required.
• Ability to work in multicultural / multiskilled environment.
• Fluent (oral and writing) in English, other languages are considered a plus.

We are delivering our work mostly in hybrid mode (mix of remotely and onsite) as ICH Europe way of working is based serving advisory, often requiring travel and working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and flexibility to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term, may be required.

Please note you need to be based in specific cities near Accenture sites to be able to commute to the office when needed.
