Synthires is seeking a Frontend Engineer for a remote, freelance hourly contract to evaluate AI-generated web interfaces. You will compare AI outputs with a reference, focusing on visual fidelity and code quality, across 1920×1080 viewports.

Candidates should have 3–8 years of frontend experience, strong HTML/CSS/JS skills, and the ability to articulate precise, evidence-based technical justifications in English. This evaluation role emphasizes analysis over traditional development.

Formación

• Proficient in HTML/CSS/JS and responsive web development.
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Experience with DevTools, DOM inspection and debugging.
• Ability to read modern and legacy layouts and explain code structure.

Responsabilidades

• Render reference and AI-generated pages at 1920×1080 and compare fidelity.
• Assess visual differences: layout, spacing, typography, colors, borders.
• Review AI-generated HTML/CSS/JS for structure and maintainability.
• Identify shortcuts like excessive absolute positioning or poor markup.
• Test responsive behavior across viewports and report defects.
• Provide evidence-based written justifications for conclusions.
