Infoser Technological Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and evolve an enterprise Developer Portal using React, TypeScript, and Backstage plugins. You will work across frontend and backend with Node.js/Express, focusing on automation, API integrations, and developer onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration with UX and cross-functional teams, operating within an Agile environment to deliver scalable solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (React and Express) to help build and evolve an enterprise Developer Portal, designed to provide development teams with a single, scalable entry point to tools, services and engineering capabilities.

This is not a traditional frontend role. You will work at the intersection of Frontend Engineering, Developer Experience and Platform Engineering, building React-based experiences, Backstage plugins and integrations that make it easier for engineering teams to discover, onboard and interact with platform services.

A key part of the role will be automating developer onboarding and platform synchronization, including detecting changes in GitHub and automatically reflecting them within the Developer Portal.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and evolve React and TypeScript-based components for an enterprise Developer Portal
• Build and maintain Backstage plugins to integrate internal and external engineering systems
• Develop backend and integration capabilities using TypeScript, Node.js and Express
• Build automation that detects changes in GitHub and automatically synchronizes relevant information with the Developer Portal
• Develop REST API integrations and asynchronous data-processing workflows
• Create tools that simplify the onboarding of development teams and reduce friction when adopting the platform
• Collaborate with UX specialists to design intuitive and reusable developer experiences
• Contribute to architectural decisions around scalability, maintainability and platform evolution
• Integrate cloud-native services running on AWS and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders across different organizational areas
• Participate actively in technical discussions, code reviews and Agile ceremonies

What we’re looking for

• Solid professional experience developing applications with React
• Experience with Node.js / Express
• Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with asynchronous data processing and system integrations
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and reusable component design
• Experience working with GitHub and modern software development workflows
• Good understanding of system and process architectures
• Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

What makes you stand out

• Experience developing Backstage plugins or working with similar Internal Developer Portals
• Experience with Developer Experience (DevEx) or Platform Engineering initiatives
• Experience building GitHub integrations, webhooks or event-driven automations
• Experience with AWS, particularly AWS Lambda
• Experience deploying or operating applications on Kubernetes
• Experience integrating developer ecosystems such as source control, CI/CD, observability, compliance or AI tooling
• Understanding of Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), developer self-service or automated onboarding
