Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Engineering Lead with a strong frontend background to lead a team of software engineers and drive the technical direction of our web experiences and platforms.

You will work closely with Product and Design to translate business challenges into technical solutions, staying hands-on while guiding architecture and delivering high-volume, high-quality software.

Formación

• Strong background in frontend engineering and modern web technologies.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte or Angular.
• Previous experience as Engineering Lead, Tech Lead or similar role.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to guide architectural decisions.
• Mentors engineers and supports professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Drive the technical direction of frontend platforms and web experiences.
• Stay close to the code, contributing to architecture and design decisions.
• Build scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions for high-volume products.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Improve engineering efficiency through standards, tooling and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, reliability, and developer experience.
