Solla S.A. is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and maintain engagement through calls and emails.

Ideal candidates have native French, good English, and strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills. Multinational experience is a plus, with translation tasks possible.

Qualifikationen

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.

• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).

• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and potential translations of text passages.

Aufgaben

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using various channels and arguments.
