Job summary

Impulso Dental Manegement in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our production hub in Madrid on a full-time basis. You will recruit doctors, engage them for market research studies, and manage their participation across multiple channels.

Fluency in French is required, good English for trainings and internal communications, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience with multinational companies is a plus, with opportunities to document materials,

Qualifications

Native French speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent professional communication by telephone and email.
Analytical skills.
Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
Tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
