UPS Madrid Production Hub is seeking an energetic French-speaking recruiter to build a stable panel of doctors for market research studies. You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and maintain relationships to ensure regular questionnaire completion.

Key tasks include proactive outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining updated doctor information. The role begins as a seasonal, office-based position at our Madrid hub with a strong focus on organization and communication.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets through diverse communication channels.
