French native speaker required (FR).
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and monitor their participation; create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
Ensure participation targets are met for your assigned doctor pool using various communication channels and arguments.
