Euro London is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant (French-speaking) to serve a sophisticated premium clientele and design tailor-made journeys worldwide.

You will advise premium cardholders by phone and email in French and English, handle inquiries from quotes to billing for individual trips, and create detailed itineraries with reservations across airlines, hotels, and travel agencies. A passion for luxury travel and Amadeus experience are essential.

Formación

• Fluent professional French and English (C2) in written and spoken.
• Additional language (German or Italian) is an advantage.
• tertiary qualification in tourism or equivalent training.
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or travel agency.
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus) is preferred.
• Excellent destination knowledge across global regions.
• Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle including gastronomy, events and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both French and English.
• Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips.
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries.
• Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences.
• Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers.
