Ten Lifestyle Group in Spain is seeking a French-speaking Travel Lifestyle Consultant to design tailor-made journeys for a sophisticated premium clientele. You will combine travel expertise with a discerning sense of luxury, trends, and service quality, acting as a trusted point of contact worldwide.

Responsibilities include advising premium cardholders by phone and email in French and English, handling inquiries from quotes to billing, and creating detailed itineraries.

Formación

• Fluent in French and English (C2) in written and spoken.
• Several years of travel industry experience (tour operator or agency).
• Experience handling flight and hotel reservations.
• Experience serving luxury or VIP clients.
• Knowledge of global destinations; luxury travel lifestyle is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Advising our clients - premium cardholders - by phone and email in both French and English
• Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
• Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
• Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
• Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
