Flourish in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative to fuel growth across European markets. You’ll engage with French-speaking businesses, qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives, while learning world-class sales skills.

The role offers €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, with clear progression toward Account Executive roles, and an international team based in Madrid.
