Camping is seeking a freelance project manager to run B2B video ad campaigns from kickoff to final delivery. You will be the client’s main contact, coordinating scripts, cuts and feedback with our team of creatives and editors.

The role focuses on post-production with some pre-production and shoots, requires strong organization, and is based in Barcelona with a four-day workweek and a two-day-per-week office presence in Poblenou.

Formación

• 3+ years as a project manager, producer or post-production coordinator on ads and campaigns.
• Experience in post-production processes: edit, motion, color, sound and final deliveries.
• Experience handling campaigns with multiple ad versions and tracking latest cuts.
• Previous role as client main contact, able to say no when it doesn’t fit the plan.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Barcelona-based location preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run several video ad campaigns simultaneously from kickoff to final delivery.
• Be the client's day-to-day contact; send scripts, cuts, updates and manage feedback rounds.
• Plan pre-production and shoots with producers, directors and partners.
• Book and brief freelance editors, motion designers, color and sound, and track revisions.
• Keep project management tools up to date (Asana, Notion, Frame.io).
• Check every ad for formats, aspect ratios, subtitles, and platform specs.
• Flag changes to timeline, budget, or scope to Head of Production.
