Qualifications

• University studies with an economics or sociology focus or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in market research is helpful but not required.
• Structured, precise, and process-oriented approach to maintain high quality standards.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, and ideally PowerPoint.
• Good language sense and very good spelling skills.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up survey-based projects (especially Mystery Shopping).
• Coordinate field staff and external partners.
• Quality control of the collected data.
• Communicate with all stakeholders in the project (suppliers, staff, customer organization).
