Job summary

Venga is seeking a seasoned digital content designer to craft engaging creatives for a global crypto audience. You will work within brand guidelines, design static and motion assets, and adapt visuals for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Figma skills, and a portfolio showcasing digital campaigns. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. This is a freelance, 100% remote role with Barcelona office visits possible.

Qualifications

• Immerse yourself in Venga’s products and services and execute creative strategies to attract users.
• Design static creatives in Figma: banners, carousels, stories, and display ads.
• Adapt creatives to formats and specs across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, etc.
• Produce content adhering to Venga brand guidelines.
• Work with 3D assets and integrate them into campaigns.
• Turn static creatives into motion assets using tools such as Jitter.
• Contribute new ideas and creative directions with the marketing team.

Venga is a crypto platform for beginners who have not yet purchased their first bitcoin and are looking to take their first steps in blockchain/crypto.We are the first Catalan crypto app, and we are focused on building something that speaks to the local communities in Barcelona, Catalonia, and in the whole of Spain. We want to educate and empower people to effortlessly discover, and make their first investment in crypto.

Venga has been approved by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in Spain and holds the MiCA license to operate in Europe as a crypto asset service provider.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will immerse yourself in Venga’s products and services and dive deep into the crypto world. Your goal will be to execute our creative strategies and create unique content that will attract people to Venga’s brand.
• You will design static creatives in Figma, including banners, carousels, stories, display ads, and other digital advertising assets.
• You will adapt creatives to the different formats, dimensions, and specifications required across channels such as, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, etc.
• You will produce content strictly adhering to Venga's brand guidelines.
• You have experience creating or working with 3D assets and incorporating them into digital advertising creatives.
• Ability to turn static creatives into simple motion assets using tools such as Jitter, including text animations, transitions, and basic graphic movements. We are not looking for video production from scratch.
• You can contribute new ideas, concepts, and creative directions for campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

Who You Are & What You'll Need

• 3+ years experience designing digital content across a range of channels with a strong portfolio of work.
• Experience working within brand design guidelines.
• Strong experience with Figma.
• Native or Advanced level of English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• You stay up to date on design trends and can ideate and propose new content ideas.
• Experience in After Effects / Cinema 4D / 3D Motion Graphics is a big plus!
• You have exceptional attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy when managing financial transfers.
• You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines or resolving urgent operational or settlement incidents.
• You can break complex problems into manageable, actionable chunks and solve each one accurately and effectively.
