Job summary

Glovo seeks a data analytics professional to strengthen our global fraud program and protect revenue across 10+ markets. You will design detection logic, build scalable models, and ship dashboards that local teams actually use.

You will work with Operations, Legal and Data Science to push AI into production, translate analysis into action, and continuously adapt to evolving fraud patterns while communicating impact to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineer role, with a track record of turning analysis into business decisions.
• Strong SQL and Python. Production-grade queries and scripts, not just ad-hoc notebooks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML. You’ve scoped use cases, built or partnered on models, and taken them from prototype to production.
• Structured problem solving. You take messy, ambiguous problems and turn them into clear workstreams with a plan.
• Strategic thinking. You zoom out from the data to frame the business problem and decide where effort has the highest leverage.
• English fluency. Comfortable pushing proposals through senior stakeholders and central teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the global fraud strategy across all markets.
• Build detection frameworks with heuristic scores, rule engines, and anomaly flags.
• Bring AI into the pipeline: scope ML use cases and deploy models.
• Ship dashboards for local teams to monitor signals and act independently.
• Quantify impact and report fraud trends and financial exposure to leadership.
• Think like a courier to ensure solutions are effective and fair.
