Job summary
IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Scientist I for Delivery Systems R&D to develop proprietary fragrance delivery technologies. Qualifications
- PhD in a closely related field with strong chemistry/materials background.
- Demonstrated experimental research experience and ability to design and interpret laboratory studies.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex results clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct experimental work to develop fragrance delivery systems and related technologies.
- Prepare laboratory samples, prototypes and formulations for evaluation.
- Execute bench-level experiments, characterization, stability testing and data interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results and recommendations.
- Contribute to invention disclosures and knowledge building where appropriate.
