Job summary

Technica Electronics is seeking an FPGA Engineer to join our automotive connectivity and computing platform team. You will own FPGA design, firmware implementation, and validation across complete development cycles.

You'll work with hardware, software, and systems engineers to ensure robust, scalable FPGA solutions, with emphasis on timing and functional correctness in a fast-growing, R&D-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electronics or a related field.
• 2-4 years hands-on FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience with AMD/Xilinx or Intel/Altera FPGA devices and Vivado/Quartus.
• Solid knowledge of VHDL; basic Verilog/SystemVerilog helpful.
• Familiar with ModelSim/QuestaSim and hardware debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, simulate, and test FPGA modules for automotive connectivity.
• Implement FPGA firmware for in-house platforms with reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in full FPGA lifecycle from requirements to validation.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to integrate designs.
• Perform lab testing, debugging, and optimization of FPGA designs.
