The Flex is building the operating system for modern renting with Base360.ai. We seek a Founding Software Engineer to architect and scale our platform, develop automation engines, and implement AI-powered workflows across guest journeys and property operations.

You will own end-to-end development, design API-first architectures, and drive global scalability with a remote-first team, embracing rapid experimentation and delivery.

Formación

• Strong experience building production-grade software systems.
• Experience with FastAPI, Python, React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
• A bias toward action and shipping.
• Bonus points for PropTech, marketplace businesses, AI agents and workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and scale Base360.ai powering The Flex.
• Build internal products, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, integrations, and operational systems.
• Touch guest journeys, property operations, pricing intelligence and AI-driven decisions.
• Design API-first architecture and robust APIs for internal and external use.
• Integrate with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and more.
• Scale cloud-native infrastructure for reliability and global growth.
• Own projects end-to-end—from idea to deployment.
