Davies is seeking a qualified forensic accountant for a hybrid role based in Madrid. The candidate will perform forensic analyses, assist in investigations, and support litigation services for a global client base.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting experience, understanding of PGC, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering accurate analyses. Compensation is competitive for a leading forensic firm.

Formación

• Understanding of Spanish general accounting principles (PGC)
• Previous work experience in a professional setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Must be able to work under pressure or tight deadlines
• Ability to understand a business and how loss events have impacted it
• Willingness to accept increasing responsibility as experience grows
• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook & MS Teams
• Proficiency in Spanish is required, other language skills considered an asset

Responsabilidades

• Preliminary to intermediate analysis of sales, production and other accounting data
• Physical inventory observation, price testing
• Examination of source documents pertinent to engagement
• Check and proof reports and schedules
• Conduct phone, video or in person interviews to obtain information
• Research, data analysis and evaluation
• Invoice analysis
• Attend marketing events and functions with clients
