Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Flight Test Instrumentation Systems Engineer to join the Engineering Department, collaborating with international teams to support flight testing campaigns.

You will collect flight test requirements, assist integration on aircraft, and coordinate with customers and authorities to validate onboard systems, ensuring safety and compliance.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering or flight test operations.
• Fluent English and native Spanish required.
• MBSE knowledge preferred.
• French and/or German desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and validate flight test means requirements with stakeholders to define a verification and validation strategy.
• Assist design and production teams during integration of flight test means within the aircraft.
• Coordinate with customers and authorities to collect evidence and issue validation statements for onboard systems.
• Operate airborne and ground flight test means per safety standards and support campaigns.
• Process and securely store flight test data and deliver data to the customer.
• Maintain FTM configuration in airworthy condition and perform first-level troubleshooting.
