Open Cosmos in Barcelona is seeking a Quality & Product Assurance Manager to oversee quality functions across all programmes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement as the company scales globally.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a background in engineering related to space technology. This on-site role allows for occasional remote work based on business needs.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience in non-conformance management.
• Ability to ensure quality in high-precision manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality assurance across all project lifecycles.
• Lead non-conformance management and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure quality compliance.

Conocimientos

Quality management systems knowledge (ISO9001, ECSS, AS9100)

Non-conformance handling and management

Collaboration with stakeholders

Clear communication skills

Engineering background (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems)
