Zusammenfassung

Cognizant Netcentric is seeking an Adobe Customer Journey Analytics expert to join our client engagements in Spain. You will translate business questions into CJA setups, design XDM schemas, and deliver end-to-end reporting migrations while collaborating with marketing, analytics and engineering teams.

You will train client teams, assess new CJA features, and help ensure privacy and data governance across the Adobe stack, including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer, in a dynamic,

Qualifikationen

• Consulting or professional services background in enterprise MarTech or analytics.
• Delivered at least one reporting migration end to end.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (XDM, Identity Service, datasets, ingestion).
• Understanding of Web SDK and edge/server-side data collection concepts.
• SQL skills, ideally with AEP Query Service.
• Experience with consent management platforms (CMPs) and privacy-compliant data collection.
• Strong business-analysis skills and credibility with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Gather, challenge and specify reporting requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into KPIs, dimensions and metrics.
• Design CJA solutions and ensure XDM schemas and identity design support them.
• Moderate workshops and document CJA integration and reporting designs.
• Configure connections, datasets, identity selection and stitching.
• Build data views, dimensions, metrics, derived fields and dashboards.
• Lead reporting migrations and decide what is restated or kept as history.
