Jobtailor is seeking an experienced information security specialist in Madrid to oversee firewall change management, tools, and project participation across global environments. You will mentor external teams, maintain security standards, and drive policy-driven configurations.

You will work with leading vendors and CCNP-level networking concepts, ensuring robust security across networks, VPNs, and IPS/IDS implementations while communicating with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of networks and NGFW technologies.
• Proficiency in firewall and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access platforms.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• CCNP-level networking knowledge.
• Experience with firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, SWG, WAF, and policy tools.
• 10+ years in Information/Network Security with 3–4 years in Firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco SNA and Algosec is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Approve and manage Firewall Change Requests (FCA) per standards.
• Oversee operation, configuration, and optimization of the firewall management tool.
• Train and manage external team members on FCA while maintaining SLA.
• Participate in projects involving Firewall, IPS/IDS, and Remote Access services.
• Maintain expertise in NGFW technologies and IPS/IDS from leading vendors.
• Participate in network design and planning with stakeholders.
• Document procedures and services for communication and compliance.
• Support business teams with security guardrails and configuration policies.
