Adevinta is seeking a FinOps Reporting Analyst to design, automate, and advance financial reporting across RTR, PTP and OTC. You will build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, improve data governance, and partner with Finance and FinSys to deliver targeted insights. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or French are a plus.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP S4, OneStream, Netsuite) and AI tools will help drive automation and cost efficiency across a global finance function.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with finance software & ERP systems: SAP S4, Blackline, OneStream, Dynamics, Netsuite, etc.
• Experience in finance operations, reporting, or shared services.
• Experience with RTR, PTP, OTC cycles in corporate/global setting.
• BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• SQL or data modeling familiarity is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT.
• SOX/internal controls knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and automate dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or AI tools for RTR, PTP, OTC metrics.
• Improve data governance and data accuracy for reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and FinSys to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders to support decisions.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in RTR, PTP, OTC reporting processes.
• Ensure reporting complies with internal controls and external audits.
• Consolidate data from ERP systems and data warehouses.
• Suggest enhancements to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
