Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Finnish-speaking sales professional to help Finnish businesses grow through digital ads and tailored online strategies. You’ll join an international team in a hybrid Barcelona role with 39 hours per week.

Compensation includes €23,876 gross/year plus up to €3,408 bonus, relocation, private studio, flight to Barcelona, and private health insurance. The position also offers continuous training, certifications and career development in a modern World

Qualifications

• Finnish language at C2/native level.
• High level of English.
• 1–2 years in sales, B2B sales, or online advertising.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense or YouTube.
• Strong communication, analytical and time-management skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finnish businesses and agency clients across EMEA.
• Recommend tailored digital advertising strategies.
• Help clients grow their online presence and customer base.
• Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve advertising performance.
