Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Finnish-speaking sales professional to join our international team in Barcelona. You will partner with Finnish businesses and EU agency clients, recommend tailored digital advertising strategies, and help clients grow their online presence and customer base.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with a hybrid work model in Barcelona. The base salary is €23,876 gross per year with potential bonuses up to €3,408, plus relocation support, private studio accommodation,

Qualifications

• Finnish (C2) and English proficiency required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, B2B sales, or online advertising.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Partner with Finnish businesses and agency clients across EMEA.
• Recommend tailored digital advertising strategies.
