Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager for Financial Crime Operations to build high-stakes FinCrime systems from concept to global deployment. You will design, automate, and scale workflows that protect our global customer base and ensure compliance across markets.

You will lead end-to-end projects, collaborate with engineering, and drive initiatives that reduce manual friction while preserving speed and accuracy in a rapidly growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in developing scalable processes.
• A solid track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects end to end.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Building complex FinCrime systems from the ground up
• Eliminating manual friction with end-to-end automated solutions
• Driving infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets
• Taking full responsibility for project lifecycles, from insight to global execution
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows
