BLS International Services Ltd. in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Finance Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, and maintain control over the monthly closing process.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will handle statutory compliance, tax filings, and liaison with auditors while contributing to accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations with accurate recording.
• Own Balance Sheet and P&L accounting including variances.
• Perform bank, intercompany, and other reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare month-end and year-end schedules, journal entries, accruals.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain movements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and address audit queries.
• Maintain strong financial controls and cash flow monitoring.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A as needed.
