Cyber Surgery, a medical robotics company in San Sebastián, Spain, seeks a Financial Controller to safeguard financial health and provide strategic analysis for growth. You will oversee accounting operations, budgeting, cash management, and reporting to founders and investors, while coordinating with advisors and supporting equity fundraising.

The role combines financial discipline with business insight in a fast-growing MedTech environment, offering hybrid work and strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Auditing is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting or financial control.
• Solid experience in accounting and treasury management.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting operations, monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity planning, as well as accounts payable and receivable. Monitor the company’s cash burn.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax obligations and employee expense management.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and deliver reports to founders and investors.
• Support equity fundraising processes through financial modeling, investor reporting, and data room preparation.
• Secure bank financing, credit facilities, and alternative debt instruments.

As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a financial controller to join our team and bring financial discipline, strategic insight, and management control to support our next stage of growth.

Your mission

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will safeguard the company’s financial health by providing robust financial control, strategic analysis, and clear business visibility.

We are looking for a proactive professional who enjoys combining financial analysis with a practical business mindset in a fast-growing technology company. You will become the company’s internal reference for finance and accounting, ensuring reliable financial management while supporting decision‑making, cash management, and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and financial statements.

What we’re looking for
