Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd está buscando un Controlador Financiero experimentado para liderar operaciones contables y financieras de forma remota. Reportará a la dirección y garantizará informes precisos, cumplimiento normativo y controles internos en un entorno dinámico y global.

Se requiere más de 8 años en contabilidad/finanzas, sólido conocimiento de NIIF/GAAP y experiencia en cierres y auditorías.

Qualifications

• Título universitario en Contabilidad/Finanzas.
• Más de 7 años de experiencia en contabilidad y finanzas.
• Experiencia en cierres, auditorías e informes financieros.
• Conocimiento de NIIF/GAAP y normativa española.
• Experiencia con SAP/Oracle o NetSuite.
• Liderazgo de equipos remotos y comunicación efectiva.
• Inglés competente; preferible español nativo.
• Certificaciones CPA/ACCA valoradas.

Responsibilities

• Supervisar contabilidad, cuentas por pagar/por cobrar, nómina y activos.
• Asegurar cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales conforme NIIF/GAAP.
• Gestionar cierre contable y conciliación de cuentas.
• Desarrollar políticas contables y controles internos.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.
• Gestionar declaraciones fiscales y cumplimiento normativo.
• Analizar rendimiento financiero y tendencias de negocio.
• Colaborar con alta dirección en planes y presupuestos.
• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo contable remotamente.
• Evaluar nuevas tecnologías y sistemas contables.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervisar todas las funciones de contabilidad, incluyendo cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, nómina, activos fijos y contabilidad general.
• Asegurar la preparación y presentación puntual de estados financieros precisos y completos (mensuales, trimestrales, anuales) conforme a NIIF/GAAP.
• Gestionar el proceso de cierre contable, garantizando la integridad de los datos y la conciliación de todas las cuentas.
• Desarrollar, implementar y mantener políticas y procedimientos contables sólidos para optimizar la eficiencia y el control interno.
• Coordinar y gestionar las auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando la información y el soporte necesarios.
• Supervisar la preparación y presentación de las declaraciones fiscales y asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa tributaria vigente.
• Analizar el rendimiento financiero de la empresa, identificar tendencias, variances y oportunidades de mejora.
• Colaborar estrechamente con la alta dirección para desarrollar planes financieros estratégicos y presupuestos anuales.
• Liderar, mentorizar y desarrollar al equipo contable de forma remota.
• Evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías y sistemas contables para mejorar la automatización y la eficiencia.

Requirements

• Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
• Más de 8 años de experiencia relevante en contabilidad y finanzas, con al menos 4 años en un rol de controlador o gerencia financiera.
• Conocimiento experto de las NIIF/GAAP y las leyes fiscales españolas.
• Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de cierres contables, auditorías y presentación de informes financieros.
• Dominio de software ERP (SAP, Oracle) y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel a nivel avanzado.
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos remotos.
• Capacidad demostrada para el análisis financiero, la planificación estratégica y la resolución de problemas complejos.
• Alta capacidad de organización, gestión del tiempo y habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
• Se valorará la posesión de certificaciones profesionales como CPA, ACCA, o equivalente.
