Accenture is seeking a Business Process & Finance Transformation Analyst/Consultant within the Risk CFO team in Barcelona. You will design, optimize, and implement finance and risk processes to improve forecasting, reporting, and governance.

Formación

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Design, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Transformation, FP&A, Data Governance or related discipline.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation, or management reporting processes.
• Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement business processes aligned with customer requirements and organizational objectives.
• Analyze current-state processes and operating models to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop future-state process designs by leveraging established methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support large-scale transformation initiatives across finance and risk functions.
• Support forecasting and planning processes, including P&L forecasting.
• Contribute to expense management and spend governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and risk stakeholders to improve financial transparency and reporting accuracy.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new processes.
