Accenture Madrid is seeking a Business Process & Finance Transformation Analyst/Consultant within the Risk CFO team to help financial institutions redesign budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and data governance to improve governance and reporting.

You will collaborate with finance, risk, and technology stakeholders to design, optimize, and implement end-to-end processes, driving transformation initiatives and ensuring practical, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in Business Process Design, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory or related area.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, expense management and cost allocation processes.
• Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk and technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement business processes aligned with customer requirements and objectives.
• Analyze current-state processes and operating models to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop future-state designs using established methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Support large-scale transformation initiatives across finance and risk functions.
• Support end-to-end finance processes and reporting improvements.
• Drive data governance initiatives to improve data quality and controls.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
